Puzzling Thoughts

Matthew 7:24-29 Introduction, My wife and I have recently engaged in the pastime of doing puzzles together.  I have realized that in the challenge of puzzles, there are  many analogies to my  Christian life. When Jesus was Troubled

What does “troubled” mean? By definition, something shaken up that should be still, something has caused agitation. In the gospel of John, there are three instances where we are told Jesus was troubled: John 11: 33   Jesus was deeply moved in spirit and troubled. John 12: 27   Jesus’ soul was troubled. John 13: 21   Jesus was troubled in spirit. The common denominator that linked these three instances was LOVE. This brings John 3:16 to life as so much more
